I agree with everything in that article, but I’d like to add to the health benefits. Cycling makes your muscles stronger, as the article says (and your heart is a muscle! :D), but it also brings emotional health. It distracts people from their problems, by forcing them to focus on the here and now (lest they crash), but it also gets them outdoors, and exercise itself is the best antidepressant. Cycling makes people happy!
